TRAINER PAULA POOL

I have been in the fitness industry for many years. I started out training my friends and family, and then slowly moved into clients once the results were happening with friends. I train people from many walks of life – people in rehab, older people, young people, all types of sporting backgrounds, general weight loss and body transformations.

I love weight training/body building and working on fitness levels. I love that it is both a mental and physical process, and that it stretches and tests you as a person. I love feeling strong and watching all the hard work unfold when you tie the training with a good nutrition plan. More than anything I love passing my knowledge and advice onto others that require some help reaching their full potential.

Training people and watching them transform not just physically but mentally is just magic. Watching someone who would normally be self-conscious about their bodies become more confident in their skin is fantastic. I just love being able to be part of their journey. It’s an absolute honour to me.

TRAINER RACHEL TROPEA

I’m a certified personal trainer with over eight years of experience, currently progressing my expertise with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition at Torrens University, now in my second year. My journey has exposed me to the common struggles many face in pursuing fitness goals, often misled by the myth of quick fixes and misguided nutritional information. There’s a prevalent misunderstanding that carbohydrates lead to weight gain, proteins result in a bulky physique, and all fats are detrimental. However, these are mere misconceptions. The lack of reliable nutritional guidance has set many, especially women, on a path to failure. But, it doesn’t have to be this way.

At Fuel PT, I am committed to empowering my clients to achieve their health and fitness objectives by providing them with essential skills across various domains. Whether it’s training with a specific purpose, maintaining fitness throughout the year, offering nutritional coaching, or achieving strength goals, I believe fitness transcends the aesthetics of the past. It involves a foundational understanding of exercise, nutrition, stress management, and daily health decisions. Your fitness journey is holistic, integrating nutrition — how you nourish your body daily — and lifestyle choices. Success in fitness involves multiple factors beyond just healthy eating or the frequency of your workouts. My training methodology is diverse, incorporating various styles and techniques to cater to the unique needs of my clients. I am a committed advocate for continuous self-improvement and education, principles I not only apply to myself but also passionately impart to my clients. Sharing knowledge empowers my clients with the understanding and confidence to make positive lifestyle changes, influencing not just their lives but also those of their family and friends.

NUTRITION

I like to keep nutrition simple! Eat an abundance of veggies, lean meats, good fats, and quality carbs. Keeping nutrition natural and organic will ensure your body and hormones are happy during your health and fitness journey.

TRAINING

As far as training goes; train hard and focus on building as much muscle as you can. I’m very proud of all of my clients who weight-train or work to transform themselves. It is one of the most challenging and rewarding things that you can do!

YOUTH TRAINING

Keep teenagers active! Our teenage/young adult bootcamp program is designed to teach, support and encourage a healthy mind and healthy body.
